Halloween Spin & a Movie

Cost: $ 15.00

Hop on the spin bike and get a great fat burning workout while watching a movie. 

This time we will be watching a Halloween Movie. Costumes are encouraged (make sure you can workout in your costume).

Selections are: All people signed up, vote for their choice.

-Scream
-I Married an Axe Murderer
-Sleepy Hollow
-Interview with a Vampire
-Beetlejuice

Cost is $15
-This includes water bottles, a sweat towel, and Hammer gels.

Movie starts at 7pm.

Sarah Frakes of WDIO will be there doing a story on how to celebrate Halloween in a unique and healthy way.

We will be giving away prizes for the top 3 costumes (remember you will need to be able to workout in it)
